- With user authorization, we access calendar event information, including event titles, dates, times, descriptions, organizers, attendees, and event status. Our integration uses read-only permissions and does not modify Google Calendar events.

- Calendar information is used to support internal business operations, scheduling analysis, and reporting. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
- Data storage and security
- Calendar information is stored in Snowflake, our cloud data platform. Access is restricted to authorized users and systems through authentication and access controls.
- Data sharing and retention
- We do not share Google Calendar information for advertising or marketing purposes. Authorized infrastructure providers may process information as necessary to operate the integration. Information is retained for legitimate business reporting purposes and may be deleted upon an authorized request, subject to applicable retention requirements.
- User privacy and control
- Users may revoke the application's Google Calendar access through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future synchronization but does not automatically delete information previously stored. Users may contact us to request deletion of stored calendar information.
